Our Fee depends on Scope of Work and Project’s Size but for sake of continuous business – our fees are/will always be very minimum with average turnaround time 2 to 3 working days and we handle all kind of construction projects (Residential, Commercial etc.).
Best way to know about the exact fee of your projcet is to send us the plans via PDF, Dropbox link, or Google Drive etc. We will review and get back to you with our proposal for Exact Fee and Turnaround Time. When sending the plans, please do mention whether you would be bidding the whole project as a GC or Selected Trades so that we can review and provide you our Proposal of Fee and ETA accordingly.
Approval to Proceed
After receiving the proposal from us – you can feel free to discuss/clear anything via email or phone. You can also feel free to demand Already Completed Project Samples for you to have better Idea how our takeoffs look like. We are able to provide you work in any format, details, breakdown you need.
Our Standard Format of work is in Editable Excel Sheet – You can easily make changes (add, remove, modify) in our Standard Format. If required, we are able to provide you software files such as (Planswift, Bluebeam) or Mark-up Drawings. You can approve us to proceed by replying to the Proposal Email with your approval or by signing the PDF proposal and sending us a copy back. We will never start working on your project unless, untill you approve us to proceed.

- At Bolt Estimating we do not provide set fees for estimating as we appreciate the level of detail with any project can vary greatly.
- Instead we are happy to provide a no obligation quote for any project from drawings and specifications. We ask that you send us your drawings via email and we will always provide a quotation to our fees on receipt and within 3 working hours.
- All projects are priced accurately by our Quantity Surveyors from the drawings and specifications you provide us with. we also focus our attention on providing an excellent client service.
- We take the time to understand your business works, whether this is face to face or over the phone.
- We understand No building project is ever the same and therefore we do not believe in a "one template fits all" policy.

- Please note that our clients estimate files will be Emailed to them at zero extra cost in any formate e.g Microsoft Word & Excel and PDF formats ready for our clients to print.No additional charges will be applied.

- Our service includes a detailed materials list with the information formatted to our client's specific needs.
- You provide the plans we return completed takeoffs.
- With your price lists, markup and markup percentages (materials, labor, contingencies, profits, etc) we can tailor your bids for your individual needs or you have the ability to add your own prices and markups.
